Class Schedule:

  • Students are encouraged to attend at least 2 classes a week but may attend more frequently.
  • Uniforms are to be clean and wrinkle-free. Females must wear a white T-Shirt under the uniform. Males are not to wear any shirt under the uniform.
  • Student performance and advancement is judged on ability, attitude, and behavior.
  • Students are expected to be: On time and ready for class. Bring sparring gear to every class. Ask permission to use the bathroom or to get a drink before class begins. Line-up in a seated position at the back of the classroom while waiting for your class to begin. Students should not otherwise be on the workout floor unless invited.
  • Those who attend Family Classes per week should attend another class for their age group and rank each week.
  • Adult Classes may run over an extra 15 or 20 minutes. Those who must leave at the posted time may do so with instructor permission.
