Makowski’s ATA Martial Arts Academy is a family owned and operated business that specializes in giving the whole family a place to grow individually. You cannot help but notice the family atmosphere among the instructors, students, and spectators while, at the same time, witnessing serious martial arts training. We are passionate about providing a positive environment and an atmosphere where every student and visitor feels special and is assisted in achieving their goals ... a place where everyone will be made to feel special. The American Taekwondo Association (ATA) is the premier North American organization dedicated to the martial arts discipline of taekwondo, and is the founding organization of other international affiliates that include the World Traditional Taekwondo Union (WTTU) and the Songahm Taekwondo Federation (STF). Counting both the U.S. and worldwide, there are over 1,500 licensed schools and clubs and over 300,000 active practitioners of Songahm Taekwondo As a member of Makowski’s ATA the instructors can arrange for you to take classes at any of these facilities when you’re traveling for business or for pleasure. ATA strives to create a safe and positive martial arts learning environment that people of all ages can enjoy. Our school combines excellent instructors with an exciting curriculum and a safe, clean, training facility. Each instructor is a graduate of an intensive and ongoing training program.
